INTRODUCTION
Welcome to D3 Sports Services LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including personal training sessions, fitness programs, and any related services provided in the United Arab Emirates.
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
By engaging our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/legal guardian consent.
- You are physically and medically fit to participate in physical training.
- You have disclosed any known medical conditions to the Company prior to participation.
HEALTH DISCLAIMER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that participation in personal training and physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, muscle strain, heart complications, or in rare cases, serious injury or death.
By participating in our training sessions, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you may incur as a result of participating in any program or session.
D3 Sports Services LLC shall NOT be held liable for:
- Any injuries sustained during or after training sessions
- Any medical conditions aggravated by training
- Undisclosed medical conditions
- Loss of personal property during sessions
- Clients are strongly advised to consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.
NO MEDICAL ADVICE
Our services do not constitute medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. Any nutrition or training guidance provided is for general fitness purposes only.
PAYMENT TERMS
All sessions and packages must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made to D3 Sports Services LLC are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- Relocation
- Medical issues
- Failure to attend sessions
- Dissatisfaction with results
By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Clients must provide at least [12] hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged in full.
Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the session being deducted from the package.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results vary from person to person. D3 Sports Services LLC does not guarantee specific fitness, weight loss, muscle gain, or performance outcomes.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services at our discretion if a client:
- Engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or abusive behavior
- Fails to comply with trainer instructions
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, D3 Sports Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D3 Sports Services LLC, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in our services.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
